Mrs. Heart

Mrs. Heart, a 60 year old retired woman, comes to the emergency room because she is feeling very unwell. Her husband has accompanied her. She is nauseated and complains of back pain; she took aspirin and antacids at home which have not provided any relief. She looks uncomfortable and is breathing with difficulty.
